Maggie Miles is the winner for the staff drawing at the Estes home game last Friday!  Congratulations Maggie! Saturday the Girls faced Eaton. The Girls worked hard but the game still ended in a loss. Letters of Intent

Congratulations Jake Spence and Marissa Montiel, both signed letter of intents to continue their athletic careers. Jake Spence signed with Colby Community College in Colby, KS to play baseball next year. Marissa Montiel signed with Garden City Community College in Garden City, KS to play softball next year.

Girls play a tough game against the #1 team, Sterling

Last night the University Girls’ Basketball team lost to Sterling 81-23. Though, we lost the girls played a good game and worked hard on defense. I am proud to say our girls never gave up! University Falls to Strasburg

University Girls’ varsity lost Saturday nights home game against Strasburg 35-57. Delaney Morrow was the high scorer with 7 pts. Taylor Collins was right behind her with 6 pts. Kenley Koehler lead the team in rebounds. JV had a tight game and even though they were down at half time they finished with a win!

Tuesday night the girls faced Gilpin County a non-conference school. The final score was 42-22, University with the win. This put the girls at 500 with 3 wins and 3 losses! Cheer Honored by Weld County Commissioners

The State Champions University Bulldog Cheer Team was honored by the Weld County Commissioners.  The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, in recognition of the University High School Cheerleading Squad State Championship, proclaimed the Thursday, January 7, 2016 be known as University Bulldogs Day.
